Psalm 95:1-5 "Come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come to him with thanksgiving. Let us sing psalms of praise to him. For the Lord is a great God, a great King above all gods.  He holds in his hands the depths of the earth and the mightiest mountains.  The sea belongs to him, for he made it. His hands formed the dry land, too."

The past 2 days have been full of traveling, laughs, and fun times.  Starting from my house, I ventured to Shelbyville to meet with 2 girls I had never met before.  My grandma would tell me it runs in the family to travel with people you've never met before. I told one of the girls that I might be late because I could get stuck behind a tractor, she told me later that she laughed and didn't really believe me, but it happens a lot during planting season.  We left Shelbyville and chatted all the way to Brownsburg to pick up the last member of our riding group.  We packed the trunk and made our way to I-74. We traveled for about 6 hours.  Our GPS system, beautifully named Agatha, tried to get us to visit every college campus on our way.  But I made her mad and stayed on the "motorway."  We stopped in Coralville, Iowa and had a great night.  Today we got up, ate breakfast, and left to travel about 500 miles.  On our way we had many laughs, learned about the geography of the United States, ran into another carload of people heading to Fort Collins, and drove through a downpour.  As I was driving for 9 hours I switched lanes and veered too far to the left and ran over the rumble strips. The girls thought I had fallen asleep since I hadn't stopped driving all day. To be honest, I hadn't fallen asleep, I just got distracted by a pregnant cow. Its kinda crazy how that distracted me.  We made it to our hotel and went to dinner.  After dinner we went and visit Fort Cody, named after Buffalo Bill Cody.  It was a fun time, made a random connection to a guy who saw we were wearing a Purdue shirt and ended up knowing his nephew. We have lots of pictures, well kinda, someones camera died.  We also learned that a gas station in North Platte has the Best Looking Cashiers.  We have spent the last few hours watching tv and just relaxing.  In the morning, we we will leave and finish the last 4 hours of our journey to Fort Collins.  Continuing to pray for safe travels for all heading to Fort Collins, and that God will open our hearts to what He wants to use us for this summer.  Also praying for all my other friends heading to Summer Project from Alaska to Michigan to New Jersey.  God has huge plans for all of us.

We have seen some beautiful landscape and know there is more beauty on the way.  God has truly blessed this country with amazing places to see. I pray that God still allows us to see all his beauty as we travel.

Love all of you for taking the time to read this, its just ramblings for now, but better things to come later.
